Tall Paul’s is serving up comfort food with a twist — think fresh oysters, salmon salads, world-champion cheese dip, smoked pork chops, and the fan-favorite Monte Cristo sandwich. Whether you’re stopping in for a laid-back lunch or a full sit-down dinner, every dish comes with a side of local pride.

Owners Tim Higginbotham and Johnny Campbell have poured their hearts into making Tall Paul’s a place where Cabot gathers to eat, laugh, and linger. The restaurant’s name honors Tim’s late father, Paul Higginbotham — known affectionately as “Tall Paul,” a man remembered for his big personality and even bigger heart.

As featured on “Eat It Up” with Hayden Balgavy, Tall Paul’s has quickly become a hometown favorite, offering something for everyone and showing off what local hospitality tastes like.
